Delete Account
This page is the official account deletion channel for GeoLite. Use the request form below to start permanent deletion of your cloud account and related progression data.
What is deleted
- Profile record and cloud meta progression linked to the account id.
- Cloud run history and leaderboard data connected to that profile.
- Auth linkage where technically and legally applicable.
What is not deleted immediately
- Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you personally.
- Records retained for legal, fraud-prevention or financial compliance obligations.
Processing timeline
- Requests are reviewed manually to prevent unauthorized deletion.
- Typical completion target: up to 7 business days after identity verification.
- You may be asked to confirm ownership from the same email used in your account.
