1. Eligibility and acceptance

2. License and ownership
- We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the game for personal use.
- The game, content, branding and technology remain the property of the publisher.
3. User conduct
- Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay abuse or attempt unauthorized service access.
- Do not disrupt leaderboard integrity or submit manipulated run data.
- Do not reverse engineer or redistribute protected assets beyond legal allowances.
4. Purchases and ads
- In-app purchases are processed by platform stores and payment partners.
- Entitlements depend on successful transaction confirmation.
- Ad experiences may vary by region, platform capability and consent state.
5. Availability and updates
- We may update gameplay systems, balance values and online features at any time.
- Some features can be changed, suspended or removed for technical or legal reasons.
6. Account suspension and termination
- Accounts may be suspended for fraud, cheating or repeated Terms violations.
- You may request deletion of your account through the published deletion flow.
7. Disclaimer and liability limit
- The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
- Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under local law.
